returns & exchanges
unless otherwise stated (eg: underwear) you may return any purchased sale item in exchange for a tiny threads credit voucher to the value of the original purchase price.
your happiness is our highest priority, so please take the time to acquaint yourself with the following return & exchange conditions:
- all items must be in new and unused condition, with all tags attached, this doesn't mean you can't try them on your little one, but they can't be 'worn'.
- you must indicate your intention and reason to exchange / return within 7 days of the date of delivery. this is to be done by email: returns@tinythreads.com.au & must include your proof of purchase/ receipt attached.
tiny threads are not responsible for any item that is not returned in new, unused and unworn condition. we do not sell pre-worn garments and will not accept the return of any item which is considered used.
to keep our prices super low we do not refund freight & delivery charges on returned goods, so please choose wisely.
tiny threads credit vouchers
tiny threads credit vouchers are non transferable and must be used within 30 days of issue. the value of a tiny threads credit voucher can only be used for product purchase ONLY and cannot be used for delivery costs.
the use of a tiny threads credit voucher must be for the TOTAL amount of the voucher or a value "closest" to the total amount. no additional credits will be given.
if the item returned was purchased using a tiny threads discount voucher, the credit voucher issued as a replacement will be to the value of the item post discount.
